Students will learn to play and also learn about the autoharp itself. Teaches different strumming patterns, and how to use low, middle, and high areas of the strings effectively. Each strumming pattern is presented first in a chord progression "exercise", and then in a song. Book helps people find logical left hand finger positions on the chord bars. It is not specifically geared to teaching children, but it can be adapted to fit their needs.
